Jeff Baer
Founder and CEO
Human power and horsepower. Brains and brawn. When the two are linked, there’s virtually nothing that can’t be accomplished in the trucking industry. From his years in engineering engine controls for Ford and leading sales of lithium ion energy storage for A123 Systems, Jeff understood the capabilities of today’s commercial trucks. But he also saw the challenges the industry was facing in properly linking trucks with drivers to reach that potential. Realizing that it would take an entirely new driver-centric approach to fleet management for fleets to achieve their sustainability, fuel efficiency, safety and driver retention goals, Jeff and his team created LinkeDrive. Today LinkeDrive’s revolutionary solutions link human power and horsepower by putting proven behavioral and data science in the driver’s seat.
Chad Kosterman
Vice President of Customer
Success and Operations
Chad began his career in software engineering, but later discovered running global Customer Success, Services and Support teams for the world's largest and most complex network carriers was more his thing. With close to 20 years of hands-on technical experience in high-tech startups, Chad is able to combine his deep technical insight with his passion for customer success, bringing the best of both worlds to our Customers. While overseeing all pre and post Sales activities, Chad also manages our technical day to day operations.
Tibor Ivanyi
Vice President of Engineering
Tibor’s motto: “If we can send a golf cart in a tin can to the Moon and drive it around, we can fix any software issue we are facing on Earth."
Tibor has been working in high tech startups for almost 25 years. During that time, he has built solutions for the telecommunication and transportation industries, building up and managing engineering teams to meet the challenges of quickly changing technology landscapes. As a master of innovation, with over a dozen patents, he understands the process of building advanced systems that customers need to succeed today and far into the future.
Tibor has degrees from the University of Debrecen, Hungary in software engineering and physics.
