Technical Project Manager

We are actively seeking a Technical Project Manager for a role within our Customer Success team. This role requires a dynamic and self-starter mindset, that is interested in being part of a growing team that is bringing a groundbreaking approach to driver and fleet management. This individual will need to be a holistically minded team player in the customer life cycle, with the core focus on successful adoption and long-term customer success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage customer pilots through production implementations, and successful onboarding

  • Support Account Executives from discovery calls to solution overviews, and onsite meetings

  • Provide demonstrations and training of the LinkeDrive solution for prospects and Customers

  • Act as the product expert on LinkeDrive's current offering, roadmap, as well as competition

  • Be the Customer advocate and Sales liaison driving customer enhancements, all while focused on customer adoption and success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in the Trucking and Transportation industry

  • Hands on knowledge of TMS solutions, ELOGs, and other 3rd party telematics applications

  • Deep knowledge of Fleet performance and Safety programs

  • Strong business background including project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Prior experience in customer onboarding, training, implementation, project management, or other relevant experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
